The Department of Student Affairs at UNIF is responsible for fostering the academic, professional, and personal development of the students. The Department works to ensure that each student receives spiritual, professional, social, psychological, and health accompaniment, individualized to each student.

The head of the Department of Student Affairs is the Director of Student Affairs, who is a member of the Rectorate and who works under the supervision of the Rector.
