There are several motivations for him to work for the University of Fondwa. He believes that it is very important to train and supervise the young people who come from the rural communal sections so that they return to their respective areas to spark development in the areas where the most disadvantaged people live. For him, it is a pride to return to his home community to share and to put his skills and experiences to the service of others. "Let’s all work together for the development of Haiti".
